11. Communication & Project Closure Policy

To ensure smooth collaboration:

• If no response is received for 14 days, a reminder will be sent
• After multiple follow-ups, the project may be temporarily closed
• Reopening the project may require an additional fee

12. Limitation of Liability

• Direct or indirect losses
• Business interruptions
• Loss of data or revenue
